Summer 2013

I haven't put a blog on for so long, i thought i would just post a bunch of pictures we had from our summer 2013. Some are from trips and weddings, other are just random. Enjoy!

Our trip to St George, this is by the narrows, such a fun trip! Our Big Wheel's picture comes from this trip as well. Thanks Bryce, Jodee, and Todd!
I just had to share this picture of Brett, i love it! This is at the new Scheels.

Can't leave out these precious pictures! Yes that is a birds nest on his head...Silly kid

Cute picture of Brett and Kelly at Grandma's House

We fit all of these boxes in my little Hyundai, i was stuck like this all the way home from IKEA! Good thing we lived 10 minutes away.  We did sell our Hyundai too.... i loved that car and I'm not going to cry!

Our fun Lake Powell Trip with the Murdock Family. We made banana boats one night, Brett made his tin foil banana look like lips and mine looked like a mustache.  The last two are of us surfing, our new favorite thing to do behind a boat!

One of my favorite pictures of us!
That's about it, hope you enjoy our pictures like i do!

Two Years and Still Newly Married!

It's been two wonderful years since Brett and I got married in the Bountiful Temple! Okay it was yesterday, but with finals you can give me a break right? We can't wait to not have finals on our anniversary someday! It was a great day even with finals and it started with a gift from Mom and Dad Bradley. They were so nice to give us some money to go out to eat, and we went to a new place, that neither of us had been to, and it became our favorite when our sandwiches hit our tongues! It's called the Little Brick House, they serve subs, soups and desserts. Our sandwiches were amazing! We are so sad that we didn't discover this place sooner, or we would be there every week from now on. Thanks Mom and Dad Bradley for the Lunch!

After studying at the library for 7 hours straight we came home and there were beautiful flowers on the table from Brett! Aren't they beautiful?!?

He is so nice to get me flowers! Happy 2 year Anniversary Brett! I love you!!! :)

Happy 25th Brithday Brett!!

Happy Birthday to the most wonderful husband in the world! I can't believe you are 25 years old, time flies too fast. Brett's birthday was yesterday and we celebrated all day. He even said at the end of the day that it was the best birthday he's had! We went out to the Parade of Homes in St. George, Utah for the day and had a blast looking at all the newly developed homes. Brett and i were just amazed that people can afford to live in some of these homes. We didn't get too many pictures but here are a few of the homes inside's and pools!

Sorry it's a little blurry but this was one of Brett and I's favorite home! It's called Coccia Celeste and is a little ways from downtown St. George. Here is the backyard:There is an outside shower and bathroom just in that back building behind the pool. It had a great view of i guess the desert but still very beautiful. On the other side of the pool was this fire pit and sitting area. We both loved how open this floor plan was inside.
The next favorite house was called La Sicilia, located more in a farm town but a beautiful neighborhood.

This house had a theater room, also some sort of fun candy shop. it was a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom and had a Casita (guest bedroom). It was all the right colors that Brett and I want in our someday home and also the backyard was big, with grass, and beautiful!
This was the Master bathroom, The bath tub is at ground level and there was another sink on the other side of the tub. It was huge! This was the backyard, sorry it's hard to see, it was really sunny outside!
The Theater room, pretty amazing!

And this was the candy shop? or Bar? lol I'm not sure, it was a cute idea though.
One of the bedrooms and how they decorated it. Cute idea for a little boys room.

The next house we got pictures of was a 1,000,000 dollar home!! It was huge and in a double gated community. I can't ever see me owning something like this. It had about 4 different fire pits outside around the home, a swimming pool, and place to BBQ and party. The closets for each bedroom were about as big as our apartment!

The name of it, The Phoenix, and it is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, with also a guest bedroom. The actual price of this one was 1,865,000 with the lot. Can you even imagine?

Anyways, if you ever get the chance to go to a Parade of Homes, i would recommend going, even to just get some ideas for your own home. We are going to try and make it a tradition from now on.

Happy 25th Birthday Brett! I love you!
