We are so blessed!

Brett and I feel so blessed at this time in our life that i just have to share with everyone! The Lord defiantly knows what we need and when we need it. I know that he is looking after each and every one of us and loves us very much.

First off, we are so blessed that Brett has a great job that has helped us a lot with our finances lately! They are working him very hard but I look at it as preparation for what we are going to face in the future.
We are so blessed that i have a job to give us food on our table and those miscellaneous things you seem to always need, like toothpaste and shampoo.
We are so blessed that we are able to go to school, to gain knowledge and retain it. To have professors that are so good at what they do, to help us to understand those things they are teachings.
We are blessed to have the ability to gym and work out. To stay fit and most importantly healthy!
We are so blessed to have 2 running, working cars, most couples around us only have one. We defiantly won't ever complain about that.
We are so blessed to have such a great ward that teaches us something new every week. For a bishop that really does care about us, and whats the best for us. For friends in the ward that say Hi to us and invites us over to have dinner or just to play games.
We are blessed to have such great family. We love the Bradley's and the LeMmon's!
We are blessed to have such a wonderful home, yeah it's not what we would like but with it snowing outside right now, i am happy with what we have! Speaking of a home, we are so blessed to have a wonderful father and mother who thought about us when their friends offered them some couches. We feel so lucky that we can have a place for our friends and visitors when they come over. I thought i would show you what our apartment looks like with our furniture. They are green, if you couldn't tell. The pillows we thought brought a little more life into them. Thank you Mom and Dad for bring them down the other day, we are so glad we have you!

Brett's Mother was so kind to make us some place mates and a table cloth. They match perfectly with our rugs and make our table look great!

I could go on and on and on about the many blessings we have received lately but those are just ones i thought i would share with you!

Ensenada Cruise 2012

This last weekend Brett and I had the opportunity to go on a Carnival Cruise with EcoFirst, the company Brett works for during the summers. They invited all those that sold at least 200 this last summer and those that signed up for next summer to come. We don't know if we will be doing it this year but we signed up as a back up plan! About 35 employees ended up coming, most of them we didn't know, but we had a blast getting to know them.

We left Friday morning about 5:00 to drive to Long Beach, California. Just as we were approaching the last exit in St. George, Brett realized he hadn't grabbed his passport. Oh shoot! We turned around and drove all the way back to Cedar, found the passport and then back on the road again for a 7 hour drive that actually turned into a 9 hour drive all together! We arrived in Long Beach and found this on the port....Our Cruise Ship! Carnival Inspiration was the cruise line that we went on. That day we mostly just walked around and got to know the boat, ate some all you can eat food and meet those that came with the EcoFirst group.
Here are some other pictures of the cruise ship:
A mini golf course, we spent a lot of time up on this deck!
This is the water slide on the ship, too bad it was a bit too cold to go down it!
A shot from the top of the ship looking down on to the main deck and pool!
Saturday we made it to Ensenada, Mexico and was able to get off the boat to explore. Us and half the group of EcoFirst guys all rented four wheelers. We had some of the guys that owned the four wheelers show us around the city and take us to the Mexican shops.
This is a mountain road that was right by the ocean, beautiful view!
After the drive and the shops we went to sand dunes on the beach. Here is Brett jumping and then me down below. I honestly think i got way more air then Brett did! We also made it to the famous "Blow Hole" Look it up on Google if you don't know what it is, it's kinda hard to explain.
Saturday night was the formal dinner, where everyone has to dress up in order to get dinner. We got a great picture of us all after dinner, don't we look nice? Brett and i are in the middle, towards the top if you couldn't find us!Every night we also got different animals made out of towels like a sting ray, a walrus, and as you can see an elephant. We were always so excited to see what was going to be on our bed when we would walk in at night.
Sunday, we headed back to Long Beach, very very slowly... we enjoyed the plays, games, ice cream and karaoke that night. We had so much fun, and i would encourage all of you if you have the chance to go on a cruise, do it!

Decorating for Christmas!

Thanksgiving is over, now it's time to decorate for Christmas!!! But first, Brett and I went to Elsinore for Thanksgiving this year, it was as a blast! We went and shot clay pigeons out in the hills, and then went to Grandma and Grandpa LeMmon's for Thanksgiving dinner. The turkey, stuffing, mash potatoes, and pie were my favorite! Unfortunately, Moms the only one who got pictures, i sorta forgot my camera, i guess I'll have to add them later. It was fun to see and be with all the relatives, and of course Brett! Today we went to visit Grandma and Grandpa Hansen, and as we got talking they offered us some Christmas decorations that had been left in one of the storage units (they own storage units if you didn't know). As we went out to look at them we discovered 4 huge boxes full of some really cute stuff! We grabs what looked cute and what was still in one piece. Here's what we ended up with:Merry Christmas to us!
Last year we didn't get a lot of decorations, mostly be cause of the cost, but not this year. We found some great stuff, even though some of it had to be glued back together. These signs are so adorable, Brett and I really like them!
We really love the "JOY" blocks, and the snowmen in the back!
Another favorite is this manger scene, just perfect for our little apartment.
Thanks to whom ever was able to give these to us, we will enjoy them more than you know!
HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!

I really wanted to put music with it, but couldn't quite figure out how i wanted to do or how. Enjoy these silent singing glowing snowmen!

Summer 2011 Denver, CO

This summer turned out better than last summer in Arizona. First off, it wasn't 110 degree weather all the time. Second, i felt a little more at ease being by my self most of the day while Brett sold pest control, and Lastly, Denver is almost like Utah, so i wasn't so much out of my element! We have been living in Westminster, CO for the past 3 1/2 months and it's about time to come home, and jump right back into school! EcoFirst Denver has two offices, the West and East team. Brett is the team leader of the West team. But here are some of the cool places we have visited here in Denver.

The first weekend we had dinner at a sushi bar called Go Fish. Here is what Brett and I shared. FYI, i personally do not like sushi, Brett is starting to like it!

It was over all pretty good, and interesting!

Next weekend we went to Beau Jo's Pizza to meet the rest of the West team and the East team . It was excellent pizza and would recommend it to anyone!

We really enjoyed the time we have had with each person!

This is Brett, Jordan and Tyson

While I was in utah enjoying the Ragnar, Brett got to go to a shrimp restaurant with the team, it was called Bubba Gumps.
And Here is his plate, he loves taking pictures of his amazing plates.

Another adventure we had was bowling at Fat Cats, that was really fun!
Here is Jordan and Kelsey Blasdell! And the whole group!

Every Friday, sometimes Thursday night we would go to this indoor volleyball court that was open until 2 in the morning! It was perfect because they don't get home until 10, so we had plenty of time to play and have fun! Here's what it looked like:
We finally got to go to the temple and take some pictures of it. It's about 40 mins. from where we live so it made it difficult to go, but we were sure glad we got to. It was in a neighborhood, so it was hidden, but once you come to it, it sticks out like the sun. It's a small temple but very beautiful. Here are some pictures we took when we were there.

Here is the back of the temple, It was a perfect place to take wedding pictures!
The flowers were so bright and colorful!
Don't worry almost done! lol a couple of weeks ago we got to go to Elitch Gardens, which is the Lagoon of Denver. We got to go after work on Saturday about 4 and started out at the water park.

Here is the theme parks rides
We are waiting in line for this ride, AHH!!!The Half Pipe! It was a skateboard that would go up and down, and then the seats would also twist, a lot of twisting!!
This ride was crazy, i didn't go on it, but Brett did. It was called Boomerang, it shot your forward and then backwards the same way, with a loop mixed in!
It was going so fast that this is all my camera would pick up as they flew by. I think it's a pretty awesome picture!

It was really fun and a cool theme park!
Brett and i also got to babysit Charlie, Jordan and Kelsey's new dog for a weekend. It's a puppy still so we had to watch his every move, but a very adorable dog!
Last but not least, of course since Brett sells pest control so he finds lot of interesting bugs and spiders! CAUTION!!
These are ants if you couldn't tell, a whole lot of them! A bat on someones house!
Well if that didn't gross you out enough! Brett and I have had a great summer here in Denver, but are so excited to leave this week to Utah!! We sure have missed our families and friends! Here we come UTAH!!!

Up to date events!

Here is an up to date on the life of Brett and Natalie. School, finals, work and moving make it very hard to keep up on a blog. Brett is now officially graduated with his Bachelors degree in accounting. Here are some pictures!

Brett was excited but knew it wasn't the end. Starting class two weeks later isn't exactly a celebration, but now he just has his masters to do! Brother Christensen from the Seventy was the commencement speaker, and did a great job at it, ask Brett if you want details from it.

Brett and I left for Denver that evening, we didn't leave until about 4:00, which put us in Denver by 2:00am. Very pretty but long drive. Our new address is now

4746 Bruchez Pkwy #102

Westminster, CO 80234

We really like our apartments, they are called The Links at Legacy Ridge. Just so you know, we have a golf course right outside our door, you can come visit and golf anytime!! :) Here's some pictures of our new place:

We live on the bottom floor

The Living Room, finally got our furniture on Wednesday. Oh and it has a fire place, too bad we'll hardly use it! Good Bye air mattress!

This is our kitchen, the laundry room is that room off in the distance.

And our Bathroom

Thanks for everyone that helped us move from one place to the other! Brett's started to sell, and loves it. Too bad it's been so rainy here, he hasn't had much luck, but he will! I started two jobs this week. I will be babysitting a 19 month old boy, he is adorable. The other job will be the Ecofirst office like i did last year. If i find myself bored, i'll probably get another job somewhere else too. Each job will only be 4-5 hours a day! We are doing good though, and like Denver so far, more pictures will be coming! :)
